Features:
- You can now again enable all functions of a consist. You need to select the first locomotive of the consist and enable functions which will be enabled on all members of the consist.
- You can now select the Wifi Channel for the Mobile Control 2's mini access point.
- You may now create consists and routes through the PC interface.

Bugfixes:
- New mSD3 decoders will now be detected correctly
- Locomotives that are edited still can be controlled again.
- When adding an accessory (switch, turnout), you can can now again define the "red" position as default.
- The order of locomotives within a consist can now be changed again.
- Mobile Control 1 could not run engines sometimes because of control problem - fixed.
- Mobile Station 1 could not get Control sometimes - fixed.
- Engines controlled via ECoSniffer disabled the direction buttons on some devices - fixed.
- Locomotive name given through the PC interface now can be 16 characters again.
- If you create a switch using the PC interface, the duration is no longer 0.
- ECoSLink Feedbackdevices that are no longer available do no longer confuse the PC interface.
- "%" character in locomotive names do no longer crash PC interface
- Fixed some issues with accessory states in the PC interfadce.
- Fixed some direction issues of consists after editing a consist.
